Between virtuosity and emotion
La Pléïade - La Riche

Unique ensemble in the musical landscape, Ensemble Convergences, created under the impulse of the soloist Romain Leleu, unites the trumpet to a string quintet, composed of curious musicians, audacious, chamber musicians, and from the great French orchestras.

Spontaneous, the musicians propose, according to their sensitivity and their desires, an original repertory of transcriptions, going from the baroque music to the music of film, while passing by the contemporary creation.

Renewing the formula of the classic recital, without barriers of style or period, their program gives a new breath to the trumpet and its variations, highlighting the various possibilities of the instrument: roundness, flexibility or brightness of the timbre. The whole thing is constantly going to the
meet all audiences, offering them a repertoire with multiple influences.
